How It Works

1. Submit Your Design

Use the form below to tell me all about your wrestler — the look, the singlet, the attitude. The more detailed, the better.

2. Review & Confirmation

I’ll review your submission to make sure it fits within our creative guidelines. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a custom price quote based on the complexity of your request. Current commission prices and processing times are below.

3. Payment & Processing

Once you receive your confirmation email, you’ll get a PayPal invoice with your custom commission quote. Full refunds are available if you are not satisfied with the result at any stage in the design process.

4. First Proofs Within 24–48 Hours

Once payment is received, your design enters the design phase. You’ll receive an initial set of proofs within 1–2 business days.

5. One Round of Revisions Included

Want to tweak the hair, gear, or background? We offer one round of cosmetic revisions with each order. Turnaround is typically 24–48 hours.

6. Final Delivery

Once you approve the final design, your high-res download link will be delivered and your payment will be processed.

What’s Next?

Here’s what happens after you submit the Create Your Own Fantasy Wrestler form:

1. Confirmation
I’ll follow up by email within 24 hours after you’ve submitted your contact form. If you don’t see a response: Check your spam folder for an email from studio@fantasywrestlersai.com.

Your submission will be reviewed to confirm it meets studio guidelines. Once it’s approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your quoted price and a PayPal invoice.

2. Payment
Full payment is required before design work begins. All projects are covered by a satisfaction guarantee with the option to request a full refund if needed.

3. Design Phase
Your custom image will be created in the FantasyWrestlers.AI studio based on your Wrestler Creation Form. First proofs are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. One round of cosmetic revisions is included.

4. Final Delivery
Once you approve the final design, you’ll receive a high-resolution download link along with a print release for personal use.
